I have a total of 5 years+ of work experience but only 2 years+ of experience in design as I have moved from marketing analyst to designer and design was my hobby and something I was very interested in.

2021 - Present

Ever Medical Technologies Co Ltd

Head of Customer Experience

Led and managed design resources of the 20 designers, team strategy, performance tracking, and structure for the product team, supporting the CEO, COO, and B2B/B2C product teams.
Oversaw the phased launch of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) for public hospital customers, conducting end-to-end UX/UI design, user research, and stakeholder interviews. Managed a team of six designers.
Spearheaded the design and project management of a Virtual Reality Vaccine, encompassing product strategy, roadmap development, and coordination of a multidisciplinary team using Kanban methodologies.
Designed and presented epidemiology web dashboard demos to the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), incorporating wireframing, prototyping, and task management within a Kanban framework.
Assisted other designers in launching white-label apps and developing design demos for the Ministry of Public Health, while also conducting design thinking sessions as a speaker.
